if you are selected once know the job strucure there is a bond for 7 yrs and the job is some what difficult not good for women,max of last yr selected are resigned

ReplyDeleteyes it is some what difficult for women,there is some relaxation for women employees eventhogh tst has to stay upto all long journey buses departure the main job for tst is to book duties for conductors and drivers....sanctioning of leave if any one is absent you have to fill with other its not possible all the time especially in summer its hard.... not to stop any service due to lake of driver or conducter and also working hours is not 10 to 5 it is 24 hours service job,there is a bond for 7 years if you come out any time you have to pay the total amount till the date what the corporation have given and training amount approximately 5000/month in trainy period
