About Organization : Directorate of Medical Education & Training (DMET) Odisha, has been establishment as Head of Department during 1975 like other Heads of Department in the State. The aims and about the organization is to improve the Education" in the field of Medical Science and impart training to medical personnel in the state which involves under graduate, post Graduate medical students, Training of paramedical & Nursing Personnel (both in Degree & Diploma) and other related health programme.
Age Relaxation : 5 Years maximum age limit relaxed for SC, ST, Women, Ex-Servicemen candidates and In service candidates maximum age limit is 48 years.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be made on academic merit. HSC-20%, ISC-20%, GNM-30%, DNEA-30%, PBBSc.N-30%, BSc.N-60%, MSc.N-100%. Preference will be given to those candidates who have been completed M.Sc Nursing
