UPSC - Union Public Service Commission issued latest CDS-I recruitment notification " UPSC CDS-I Exam 2014 Notification " on 02-11-2014 , Notification No - 02/2014-CDS-I. UPSC filling up 509 posts in Indian Military Academy ,Indian Naval Academy ,Air force Academy, Officers Training Academy through this recruitment notification. UPSC publish the CDS-I notification on www.upsconline.nic.in. The "Combined Defence Services" Examination CDS is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment into the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. The Notification for the examination is usually released in the months of October and June, and the examinations are conducted in February and November respectively. Application Fee : General and OBC category applicants required to pay Rs. 200 as application fees, SC/ST and female candidates are exempted to pay application fees. Application fees can be paid in cash at any SBI branch by system generated bank challan or can be paid online through Debit/credit card or net banking of SBI.
Selection Process : Selection will be made on three successive stages Written Examination , Interview and Medical Test. First of all candidates have to appeared objective type written examination as per prescribed pattern mentioned below. UPSC invites applicants to the interview for basis of the performance in the written exam.
