Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam issued latest notification "Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam Tradesman Mate Recruitment 2014" on June 2014 for 299 Tradesman Jobs recruitment. Applicants will complete SSC (10th Class). Tradesman selection process will be two successive stages written examination and PET - Physical Endurance Test.
Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam Hall Tickets will be issued only for shortlisted candidates in the ratio of 1:10 to the number of Tradesman Mate vacancies based on the marks obtained in the 10th Standard. Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for Physical Endurance Test - PET. Tradesman Mate Applicants compulsory attend PET on the day of its conduct. The details of the PET are as under.
Candidates cleared PET are required to appear for the written exam consisting of 100 Objective type questions prepared based on 10th standard syllabus of General Science, Maths and General Knowledge. The Written Exam will be provided in English Language only. Merit List will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written exam. Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam will be called for verification of original certificates and under go Medical Examination as per the merit list till vacancies are filled up.
